University-registered student organizations, University Departments, and faculty/staff organizations are eligible to reserve a room for events with an anticipated audience of 30 people or more. The event must have faculty, current or prospective students as the primary audience, have an academic focus, promote the exchange of ideas, or honor students and faculty.

How to reserve a room
