Once a pharmacist has completed an ACPE-approved activity, the credits will automatically upload to the CPE Monitor section of their NABP e-Profile, storing all credits in one place. This helps users stay organised and on track towards licensure renewal. CPE Monitor® is the only CPE tracking service that receives activity claim data directly from over 325 ACPE-accredited providers.

There are two plans available for CPE Monitor®. The Standard Plan is free for pharmacists and technicians and is accessible via mobile app or desktop. The Plus Plan costs $12 per year and is currently only available to pharmacists. This plan offers enhanced features and allows users to easily manage CPE requirements, regardless of the number of licenses they have.

To set up a CPE Monitor® account, you will need to visit the NABP website to create an account. There are options for a free account or a paid plan with more features. The free Standard Plan offers technicians a downloadable list of all CPE activity, a free easy-to-use mobile app, and reliable storage and tracking of CPE credits. The paid Plus Plan, which is currently only available to pharmacists, offers additional features such as the ability to upload non-ACPE CPE credits and a breakdown of renewal requirements for all 50 states and DC.

To access your CPE credits, you will need to log in to your CPE Monitor® account and select the CPE Monitor tile. Your CPE credits will be stored in the CPE Monitor section of your NABP e-Profile. You can also access your credits through the CPE Monitor mobile app.

CPE Monitor is required by all ACPE-accredited providers. To obtain CPE credit for any ACPE-accredited activity, pharmacists and technicians must submit their NABP e-Profile ID and date of birth (MMDD). The NABP e-Profile is completed by the pharmacist and/or technician via the NABP website, and the NABP e-PID number is given to the provider when registering and/or completing a CPE activity. It is the responsibility of the pharmacist and/or technician to obtain and submit the correct NABP e-PID to the provider.
