Beach Camera offers free ground shipping to home addresses in the contiguous United States

However, Beach Camera does not offer free shipping to PO Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories (including Puerto Rico), APO/FPO and addresses outside the United States. If you live in one of these locations, you will have to pay for shipping.

Beach Camera uses FedEx to ship most merchandise, except for small items like memory cards, which may be shipped by the United States Postal Service. FedEx will attempt to deliver your Beach Camera package three times before returning it to Beach Camera.

Beach Camera also offers free shipping on oversized items such as flat-screen LED TVs over 55" and plasma TVs over 51", BBQ grills, and furniture. These items are shipped via a motor freight carrier that specializes in home delivery.

Beach Camera will not deliver to mail box drop-off locations, hotels, motels, trade shows, conventions, or conferences

Beach Camera is unable to deliver to certain addresses, including mail box drop-off locations, hotels and motels, and trade shows, conventions, or conferences. This is due to the nature of the delivery process, which requires a signature upon delivery. FedEx, the company that Beach Camera uses for shipping, will attempt to deliver packages three times before returning them to Beach Camera.

For oversized items, such as flat-screen LED TVs over 55" and plasma TVs over 51", Beach Camera uses a motor freight carrier that specializes in home delivery. This service includes a team of two drivers who will deliver the merchandise to any room at the destination address. The merchandise will be unpacked and placed anywhere you desire (up to two flights of stairs), and all debris will be removed.

If you are unable to be at the delivery location during the scheduled delivery time window, there will be a $50 charge for redelivery. If you refuse delivery of non-defective or non-damaged merchandise, you will be refunded for the returned merchandise less the cost of shipping (including the return) in addition to a 10% return processing fee.

For deliveries that require special handling, such as before or after hours, a smaller time window, Saturday delivery, or Sunday or holiday delivery, there will be an additional fee.
